Fiona joined Chambers upon her completion of pupillage with Mr. Joseph Lee, Mr. Kenny Lin, Ms. Catherine Wong and Mr. Dick Lee. She also served as a marshal with Mr. Derek Chan S.C..

Fiona is developing a broad civil and criminal practice and accepts instructions in all areas of Chambers’ work.

On the criminal side, she has conducted cases involving general crimes, traffic offences, customs offences and public order offences. On the civil side, the scope of her profession covers personal injury and matrimonial matters. She has appeared at various levels of courts as a sole advocate and a led junior. She has been instructed to attend legal visits at police stations. She has also provided advice on anti-bribery and confidentiality matters to companies.

Fiona was a Court Interpreter with the Judiciary prior to joining the bar. During her tenure, she handled a wide range of criminal cases in relation to general crimes, white collar crimes, traffic offences, sexual offences, drug offences, customs offences and immigration offences.

Edwin joined Wong Man Kit SC’s Chambers in 2024 following the completion of pupillage with Mr Erik Shum, Mr Douglas Kwok, Ms Queenie W.S. Ng and Mr Tony Ko. He was also marshal to HHJ Herbert Au Yeung (now the Hon H. Au Yeung) before commencing pupillage.

Before joining the Bar, Edwin was a paralegal at a local firm in which he was exposed to litigation, land and property matters.

Edwin is developing a broad criminal and civil practice, with a particular interest in criminal defence, commercial, company, land, matrimonial and probate matters. Since limited practice, Edwin has appeared as an advocate (either in his own right or as a led junior) in the High Court and the Magistrates’ Court.

In his criminal practice, Edwin has experience in matters including commercial crimes, sexual offences, violent crimes, drugs offences, offences against public justices, public order offences, national security and industrial and departmental summons.

On the civil side, Edwin has experience handling cases involving commercial, company and shareholder disputes, unfair prejudice action, general contract, probate and administration, matrimonial and children disputes, personal injuries and employees’ compensation, land and property disputes, adverse possession, town planning and building appeal.
