Practice profile

Colette joined Chambers after having served pupillage with Mr. Hectar Pun S.C., Ms. Olivia Tsang, Mr. Lincoln Cheung and Mr. Kenneth KY Lam.

Colette obtained her LLB from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and was also an avid mooter during her academic studies. In her PCLL year, she represented City University of Hong Kong in the Manfred Lachs Space Law Moot where her team was awarded the First Prize in the Regional Round.

Colette is developing a broad criminal practice and has experience in handling cases involving offences such as driving offences, theft, possession/trafficking in dangerous drugs, conspiracy to defraud and sexual offences.

In respect of her civil practice, Colette has acquired experience in defamation, commercial litigation, trusts, bankruptcy, matrimonial disputes, personal injury claims, landlord and tenant and adverse possession.

Colette is capable of providing written submissions and conducting proceedings in both English and Chinese.
